CANCELLATION POLICY

I charge a 50% fee for any no-shows or 20% for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. I am flexible and I understand things happen so please communicate with me. Please message me if you are running late! 20 minutes late without contacting me and it will be considered a no show and we will have to reschedule. Refund policy: I do not issue refunds on services due to my time and product cost. However, if you have any concerns or issues with your hair please contact me within 3 days of your appointment and we will schedule a time for you to come in so we can make reasonable adjustments at no cost to you.
